After some years without International Assembly(IA) cause of Covid19 pandemic, this year’s IA was held in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada, from 15th-22nd September, 2023. This year’s International Assembly was held in Lisbon and was hosted by IFL Portugal. It was attended by members from Canada, Finland, France, Kenya, Portugal, Seychelles, Sweden, Tanzania and the United Kingdom.
