On 25th January 2026 the International Friendship League(IFL) Seychelles group conducted a charity mission at Chisomo Orphanage in Lilongwe-Malawi.
They donated clothes, food, gas cylinder, and other assorted items, which will assist the children at the orphanage. They also pledged to build a kitchen shelter for the orphanage.
On 17th December 2024, IFL Timanyane Group donated exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers, mathematical instruments, soap, sweets and slippers(sandals) at Mchengabutuwa Primary school in Mzuzu-Malawi. The Annual Conference of the British Section of IFL was held at Sandown, Isle of Wight on Saturday 18th April. This was followed on Sunday by a tour of the island. Twenty-eight members attended including members of Liverpool, Northampton and Worthing Branches and overseas visitors from Canada, Finland and Spain.
This year’s International Assembly was held in Lisbon and was hosted by IFL Portugal. It was attended by members from Canada, Finland, France, Kenya, Portugal, Seychelles, Sweden, Tanzania and the United Kingdom.
